"Consult only" is billed hourly, and primarily seeking advice, or minimal hands on design assistance.
FLAT RATE DESIGN
A full scope of management of the project by the designer from start to finish. Flat rate is developed based off of project layers.
**Requires "initial consultation" to build the scope of work, take photographs and measure the space.
